Thank you for previously registering your interest to exhibit at Croydon Careers Fair 2025, we are pleased to offer your organisation a stand!

Please read the following information carefully before completing the form.

Croydon Careers Fair 2025 takes place at Mosaic East (East Croydon) on Tuesday 11 November, 2025.

Exhibitor Stands

Exhibitors are expected to be fully set up by 9:15am and to ensure at least one member of staff is present until the fair closes at 4:00pm.

Due to capacity restrictions, we are only able to allow 2 members of staff per organisation on site at any one time – staff from your organisation may rotate during the day; please indicate below if you plan to do this.

Breakfast, Lunch, Teas & Coffees will be provided for 2 people per organisation. Please indicate below if we should be aware of any allergies or dietary requirements.

Your organisation will be provided with a 6ft trestle table and 2 chairs. You will need to bring any pull up banners, table coverings, and promotional material to the event.

Fair Attendees

Croydon Careers Fair is free to attend and the organisers are working closely with DWP and Local Job Centres, Croydon College, LSBU, and further local secondary schools and voluntary organisations to promote the event.

This means attendees will fall broadly into two categories: 16 – 19 year old school and college students interested in learning about future career opportunities, part time work to fit around their studies, and work experience opportunities; and job seekers who will be actively seeking information about job opportunities and live vacancies.

In the form below, please indicate if you are likely to have any live job vacancies or work experience opportunities at the time of the fair and if you would be willing to conduct first round interviews for these at the fair.

Croydon Careers Fair has a history of providing 1-1 careers guidance, 1-1 mock interview practice, and speaker Q&A sessions on career opportunities. Please indicate in the form if you or someone from your organisation would be willing to take part in any of these.

The data requested when registering for this event will be used to help us craft the best possible experience for you and our attendees, before, during and after the event. We appreciate the time taken to gather this information and helping us to continue providing the highest quality experience for all.
